Native Texans Joey Shuffield and Miles Zuniga along with So-Cal transplant Tony Scalzo comprise the band Fastball, a pop group known for singles like “The Way,†“Sooner or Later,†“Fire Escape†and “Out Of My Head.†The group toured the country performing lives shows prior to releasing their second album “All the Pain Money Can Buy†in 1998, which garnered Platinum status.
